I followed BUISSE's info on the broth and rotisserie chick simmer for 30min, removed bones, used thyme instead of marjoram (didnt have it on hand), omitted the butter (cutting down on fat), added 1/2 bag of frozen white corn, and also used fettucini style pad thai rice noodles since I need gluten-free. Love, loved it! It was yummy and one of the best chicken soups I made so far... Thanks for the comments and helps!
