I have to admit, I made several changes, so I'm not sure I can say I made this recipe exactly. However, the great thing about the recipe is that it is easily adaptable.
I used ricotta cheese instead of sour cream and shredded mozzerella instead of prvolone. I like veggie meals, but this one is great with the ground beef - just makes it a little heartier. I found it a little hard to tell when it was done, but I managed to get it just right (about as long as the recipe said).
