I'll give it 3 because I think this would have been better with tater tots in the bottom of the pan & I'll be trying that next time. It'd also cut down on the prep time as well...

I liked this well enough, but it was not a hint of orange... it was a smack you in the face flavor of orange... Would try again with a small amount of water to thin it out instead of adding more thawed OJ concentrate as others suggested. However, brought these glazed angel food cupcaked to work and they're getting gobbled fast!

Chicken Scampi II

Chicken was a little dry, but this was excellent otherwise. Would make again, but probably wouldn't saute the chicken for as long as 15 mins extra... just until cooked through.

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

I didn't brown or shred the chicken, just put it into the casserole dish, and it was fabulous as is... The Betty Crocker scalloped mix I used didn't have stovetop directions, so I mixed and put into the casserole dish as directed on the box, adding 1/3 cup more milk. Potatoes didn't quite get done to my liking, but I think next time I'll leave them covered to bake a little longer than recommended... Will attempt again because the chicken was amazing!

Cola Onion Pork Chops

I don't know if it was the brand of onion soup mix I used or what, but this wasn't as great as I thought it'd be. It was the first thing I made that my guy didn't ask for seconds on... Maybe would try again with a different soup mix brand... We'll see...

Mozzarella Ham Stromboli

Used pillsbury pizza crust & it turned out perfectly... Substituted plain mozz for 5 cheese shredded blend and brushed the top with butter and then added a small amt of garlic powder and some cilantro... Turned out perfectly! Would make again...

Creamy Blush Sauce with Turkey and Penne

Spruced this a bit... Added 1tsp worchestshire sauce + a pinch of dill and pinch of parsley and added some salt , pepper and cilantro instead of crushed red pepper. Substituted skim milk for the half and half and used a regular jar of sauce.... Cooked on low in the crockpot for about 7 hours, stirring after every hour. Was great for Thanksgiving leftovers (turkey was cubed instead of thighs). Would make again!

Red Wine Pork

Used 1/2 jar of tomato sauce instead of tomato paste and skipped the bacon drippings bc we didn't have any bacon... Topped it on chicken and baked it for about 45 mins at 350. SO GOOD!!! My guy hates wine, but LOVED this sauce. Will definitely make this again.

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Do NOT, and I repeat NOT use an entire bag of frozen spinach... The sauce was so good, but the spinach soaked up all the moisture, so I had to keep adding more water.... Giving it 3 stars because the sauce and chicken was yummy, but adding that much spinach made this recipe very bitter!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

This recipe turned out pretty well, but I read the reviews and added chicken stock as noted... It took about 2 cups to get it to the proper consistency. Definitely needed more spices that the recipe called for as everyone else has been saying too... But the pumpkin can't be tasted and it was a great way to get my boyfriend to try new foods! Would definitely make again!
