Oh my gosh! This soup was fabulous! Compared with a favorite restaurant's Black Bean Soup, both my husband and I rated this a 9 out of 10! And this was SO easy to make. I added 2 cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup UNpureed beans and 2 tsp. of horseradish sauce as well. I served it w/sweet cornbread and honey butter. We are are so full and completely satisfied. Thanks for sharing!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This chicken was so tender! I doubled the sauce recipe and cooked the chicken over medium coals for about 30 minutes. I turned and basted frequently and the smell was mouth-watering! My 4, 6 and 8 years olds loved it and my husband and I thought this recipe was worthy of a 4 star restaurant! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Avocado Salsa

Going to make this tomorrow! Just a hint about dicing avacados...I saw a chef slice an unpeeled avacado in half length-wise, remove the pit, then use a sharp knife to slice the avacado (while UNPEELED) and removed the fruit from the skin by scooping it out with a rubber spatula. It works like a charm!

Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies

This is the recipe I have been looking for! I have been searching for over 10 years to find a sugar cookie recipe like this one! Perfect! Not cakey, not dry, but light and crispy, melt in your mouth sugar cookies. We ALL loved them. No icing required!

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

Yuk! These were bland and SO cakey! The icing had a very funny flavor. I followed this recipe exactly. It rolled out and cut out great, but the flavor was undesireable. Even to 4 kids aged 3,5,7 and 9!

Feta Chicken

Pan-Fried Asparagus

I LOVE asparagus and I LOVE this recipe! The coarse salt (I used Margarita salt) really makes this dish unique. I buy asparagus now, just so I can make this side dish!

Crispy Fish Fillets

WOW! This was THE BEST fish I have ever had in my life! My whole family - even my young children - ate ALL of their meal. I used Snook that my husband had caught in the Fla. Keys. Next time I may be creative and use a sauce other than yellow mustard. I will most certainly make this again!

Cranberry Sauce with Raspberry Vinegar

Picky eaters probably wouln't care for this, but I am NOT a picky eater! Neither are my husband and 7 year old! We really enjoyed the gourmet flavor. I served this warm to pour over our Christmas Honey Baked Ham. It was exquisite!

Rosemary French Bread

Mmmmm...good! I happened to have fresh rosemary on hand and used that instead of dried. This bread has the most wonderful aroma and mild flavor. I used the left-over bread to make "Garlic Croutons" (found here at AllRecipes.com).
