Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
Super Yummy with a few changes. I could only find 1.5 lb flank steak so I went with that and like others, halved the brown sugar, put the green onions in after two hours, and threw in some broccoli florets towards the end. The one thing I did which I think totally made the dish was throw in two teaspoons of Asian Chili Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee). The slight kick balanced out the sweetness of the sauce PERFECTLY. Of course, you can add more or less depending on your taste but I had to make it kid friendly. Overall a great meal.
