Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

This was wonderful and I was sad there were no leftovers. I used two large cans of yams (saved sooo much time). I skipped the topping b/c my husband hates nuts. Did a light sprinkling of marshmallows on one side of it for the kids.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

WONDERFUL! I followed the ingrediants exactly. Didn't have mini-chocolate chips...so my husband spent 20 min crushing up regular ones. Made a 2 lay 8" cake for my son's birthday. Iced it with the "chocolate cheese frosting" from this site.

Oven-Baked Caramel French Toast

Very good, but I'll use less of the egg mix next time so it won't be so soggy. I purchased a loaf of french bread, sliced it thick, and let it sit all day to get stale. I also left off the topping and flipped it on a platter before serving. PERFECT!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I too added 1/2 cup milk and it made the left overs devine. I used 1/2 ritz crackers and received mulitple compliments on the topping. This is my new favorite!!!

Chocolate Cheese Frosting

I only used 2 cups of the sugar and left out the cinnamon. I put it on the "too much chocolate cake" from this site. Next time I'll start with less milk so it'll be a little thicker. But my guests raved!

Fried Green Tomatoes

I made these for the second time last night and I love them. I only made a few slight changes. I used Ritz crackers and added some Parmesan cheese to the cracker mixture. And I used half oil/half butter in the skillet. Last night, I used "butter spread" because I was out of butter and it turned out just as good.
