Bread Pudding II

This recipe turned out GREAT... except I did make a pretty big change. I used 2 loaves (1 lb each) of cinnamon raisin bread instead of white bread. I also used 1 cup of half and half cream as part of the 1 qt of milk and added extra cinnamon and some nutmeg.... YUMMY!! First time I've ever made it and it's the best I've ever had!

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

I made these yesterday to try out the recipe before Thanksgiving... I will DEFINITELY be making these for Thanksgiving, they tasted even better the next day after chilling in the fridge overnight which is perfect because I can make them ahead. When it was still warm, I served it with French Vanilla Ice Cream, and then cut them into bars the next day once chilled. MMMMM and so easy... definitely a keeper!

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing

This is my new favorite dressing! I used a 15 oz pre-made cornbread from my local grocery store bakery and since I didn't have an 8 oz bag of stuffing I used a little more than half of my 14 oz bag (approx 5 cups). I also doubled the pecans (I love them!) I used chicken broth instead of apple juice because I chickened out and thought it might be too sweet and it turned out really good. I think next time I'll try 1/2 and 1/2. I'm going to make this again and try adding some sausage! MMMM!

Chocolate Nutty Mini-Football Treats™

These were delicious... it wasn't easy shaping them but I just sprayed my hands with Pam between each one. I never really got them as good as I wanted but the taste made up for it! The peanut butter was a great addition... if I find a good football shape mold I'll make these all the time.

Yummy... I wish I would have used something wider than a wooden spoon handle to make the holes because the jam didn't spread out as much as I'd hoped... but flavor was great!

So easy and exactly like the title says... HEAVENLY!!! I think I over whipped the whip cream and it could use a bit more sugar but overall it was still amazing and I will definitely make it again!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are yummy! I only used 1 tsp of baking powder and they turned out good. I also changed the temp to 350 and baked for 15 minutes. I think they are more of a muffin top than cookie though but are delicious whatever you label them! I would've rated them a 5 if the original recipe didn't say 400 degrees (they would've burnt at that temp)

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I was a little intimidated because I had never made a roll before but this turned out great. Not only does it look great, it tastes amazing! Will definitely be serving this one at Thanksgiving! The only thing I will change next time is this... I read about the filling being too runny for some and squishing out so I made it first and popped it in the fridge while I made the batter. I left it in for a little over 30 mins and that made it a little hard to spread so next time I'll take it out after 5 or 10 mins.
