Vegetarian Moussaka
First time I made this using the pan-fry method and draining on paper towels, which took forever and made a huge mess. Still it came out great. I made it again only a week later and grilled the veggies in the oven on 425 for 15 min (watch closely). Took less than half the time and mess. Both times I used about a half cup of half and half in the sauce along with my 2% milk as we usually do not have any whole milk, also extra fresh parmesan- whole foods brand. Cooked for 23 min in convection oven. Thanks for a great recipe.

Mushroom Lentil Barley Stew
I followed reviewer's advise to cut down on pepper, I used one jar of regular mushrooms (all I had), sauteed onion, celery and carrot slices, and 'Not Chikn' vegetarian bullion cubes. It only needed just over 3 hours in my crockpot on high. Outstanding! eating every day!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Its true, this is the very best chocolate cake ever. (I left out the choc chips)In my convection oven, I baked for 40 minutes. I did not wait the whole hr and 1/2 to cool because we were too eager to taste it. It still came out perfectly after 10 min of cooling.
