delicious and easy to make. I followed a earlier review of putting the non-cooked potatoes in at the end and letting them simmer for 20+ minutes. Yum. A perfect meal for a cold wintery night!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

A breeze to make. I used a chuck roast it shreds great. Cooked it for about 18 hours added pepperocini and green peppers and was able to enjoy the smell coming from the crock pot all day long.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Can you say perfection. Everybody I served this too thought that it was gourmet. Really easy to make and taste like a million bucks. I am going to experiment with different candies (m&m, reeses pieces) grind them up and put them in the chocolate/peanut sauce. I can't wait to make this again.
