Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

Best Ever Meatloaf I

This is a great recipe,but I cook the onion just untill transparent along with about 1/4 cup green bell pepper and 2 or 3 cloves of chopped garlic.

Minnesota Golf Course Chili

I was really suprized whe I read this recipe, this is allmost exactly the same chili My family has been making for years. The only thing I would recomend is draining the fat off the ground beef before adding the rest of the ingredients, I also cook my onions first in the pot that I brown the ground beef in and add them after draining the fat off.

Artichokes

20 minutes is not even close to long enough, I fill the pot with 1 inch of water and put a lemon slice on each Artichoke " do not add salt,it draws the juices out" Place the Artichokes, stems trimed closely stem side down in the pot,cover and bring the water to a boil,turn down heat to simmer for about one hour. you will have perfect Artichokes. dip in garlic mayo or just plain olive oil.

Famous Pork Chops

For a healthy version use three egg whites, seasoned bread crumbs. Spray medium baking sheet with non-stick spray, bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 15 min. turn bake for another 15 min. Perfect every time.
