Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2001
This is the first pot pie recipie I have found that I absolutly fell in love with. I am not much of a cheese fan so I left out the cheese and added a diced potato. My picky dad and 2 year old even loved it.

Giant Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2002
Awesome!! These cookies were SO tasty! I tried baking them for the full 20 minutes and they came out really crip, and burnt. I cut the baking time down to about 12 minutes and they came out perfect, crispy and a bit chewy in the middle. My whole family really dug them.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2005
Yummy! I am not a big ricotta cheese fan, but it was not overpowering and the recipe was great. I also do not care for tomato paste and usually substitute it with tomato sauce, but I followed the recipe exactly (well, I was out of fennel, but other then that) and it turned out perfect. The kids loved it! We ate it atleast once a day for 4 day because it made so much, and the kids never complained! Thank you for sharing!

I tried these for the first time at a really nice restraunt in Houston TX and fell in love with them. I was really excited when I found this recipe. I made them for a family get together and they were a hit! The sauce was delicious. I will definately make them again.

Lemon Supreme Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2004
Yummy! We loved it. I did add a bit more of the lemon juice then was called for because I love tart things. This is definately a keeper. Quick and easy! Oh, and I used a graham cracker crust because that is what we like. Thanks for sharing!

Texas Sheet Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2003
Yummy! I love the frosting. My 3 year old loves sprinkles so we had to try it without the nuts so the sprinkles would "look the prettiest". Turned out wonderfully. With some of the reviews stating that it was brownish, I thought it would have more of a brownie texture but it was as cakey as they come.

Bread Pudding II

I was not a bread pudding fan until I came across this recipe. WOW!! It is so perfect. My kids even eat it and ask for seconds! The only thing I do different is leave out the rasins.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: May 9, 2005
This is just what I was looking for. I did not use the sesame oil, because I did not have any on hand, and when I cooked my rice, I added 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt (I always do when making rice), I also added a little chopped onion that I cooked when I cooked my carrots. Turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2004
Awesome!! I followed the recipe almost exactly (I added a little flour to thicken it up a bit) and it was perfect! One thing I did notice was it made a little more than 2 servings, atleast at my house. I fed my family of 4 with it, although my kids are just 3 and 5, and still had leftovers.

Oatmeal Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2005
These were so good! I followed the recipe exactly and then brushed the tops with melted butter when I took them out of the oven. The best part of them though, was that they were still SO soft and tender the next day!

Marinated Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
Wow!! This was sooo good. The favorite was the cream cheese but is was so hard to cut and didn't hold its shape while marinating so I just marinated the whole block and served it with the sauce poured over it. Awesome!!

Kentucky Butter Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2001
WOW!!! My little 4 year old helped me make this and entered it in the fair. He won a Reserved Sweepstakes ribbon on it!!! He loved poking the holes in the bottom before I poured on the hot butter sauce. Very tasty! This cake is very moist and just wonderful. Everyone that has tasted it has fallen in love with it. Thanks Suzanne!

I always used to buy the focaccia bread mixes at the store but never again. This recipie is far better that the mixes or any other focaccia bread that I have tried. I really liked the cheese on the top! Thanks Terri!
