Best Carrot Cake Ever
I first followed this recipe to the letter and has been ever since .I made sure that the grated carrots and the pineapple were completely squeezed of all liquid beforehand.
I also paired this with the Wilton Special cream cheese frosting recipe that adds orange juice to the cream cheese frosting..and now it's a major hit with my customers.:-)
