Creamy Italian White Bean Soup
I gave this 5 stars because it was easy to make and it was good. I added more garlic and I put in 2 cups of broth to 1 cup water. When you puree the remaining soup and beans, this totally makes the soup taste like you've been slaving all day. I substituted fresh rosemary for the thyme and it made a huge difference! This is a keeper!!

Simple Turkey Chili
Good flavor, but tooooo watery....two cups of water was way too much...I guess I just like my chili a bit thicker. I added cornstarch and condensed tomato soup, but it was still not thick enough. it was just so-so.

Apple Honey Bundt Cake
This is by far one of the easiest and more flavorful cakes I have ever made!!!! I got total rave reviews when I made this! It is sweet, but good sweet and I did make a maple glaze to make it look pretty and even sweeter. I made it a second time and ran out of honey and used cinnamon applesauce...and I have to say, it was not as moist. It was a lot lighter and airy....but still good. I give it an A++...A total keeper!!!!!
