Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
I added 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon to the muffin batter. If you do add these spices it will taste more like a spice cake muffin rather thatn banana bread. I also replaced half of the white sugar with brown sugar. I also didn't do the crumb topping-too messy for me. This cake was delicious!! My dog even stole one off the table. I will for sure make these again

It tastes really good. It is different from the kind my dad used to make but then again nothing can touch his cooking! :)

I like add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to make them taste even better!! My Grandmother used to make these all the time when we went to visit her.

Best Brownies

They tasted good but I am used to a more dense brownie(the boxed kind). This is my first time making brownies from scratch but I would do this recipe again :)

This bread was awesome. It was my first time baking and eating zucchini bread. I substituted half of the oil with applesauce. It turned out great and moist!
