Best Tuna Casserole

I liked this recipe, very traditional-I would however add 1 1/2 cups milk to the mushroom soup to avoid the dryness. I also added the cheese after 1/2 hour of cooking and then finish off cooking with topped cheese and chips, ritz crackers, french onion crunch and then cook for the remaining time. For those of us that rate very negatively I highly suggest that you keep your opinion to your self it is not a productive review.

Yellow Split Pea and Frankfurter Soup

This soup is wonderful! I did need to add 2 more cups of chicken stock and I also blended 4 cups to make it creamy as well as chunky, I didn't have mace spice so I used a pinch of nutmeg and it worked out perfectly. I did not add the frankfurters-I agree for a full meal that a sausage of some sort would be great as well. I only gave 4 stars due to some changes to the recipe.

Slow Cooked Apple Brown Betty

Good recipe easy to make yet too dry. I added Gingersnap cookies crumbled up vs. bread cubes and for moisture added orange juice and it worked out well. Great taste too dry.

Pumpkin Chip Bread

This was a great recipe- I did however add 1 cup of pumpkin and it was very moist. Made this in a 9x13 pan and melted chocolate as well for the top of the cake along with the confectioners' sugar, looked great and was a crowd pleaser.

Great Pumpkin Dessert

This recipe was very easy to make and very good, I would however change a few things....less sugar-1/2 cup should be enough use 1/4 white and 1/4 brown sugar- with the topping (Spice cake mix) I thought it was too sweet, more butter 1&1/4 Cup -hard to get the melted butter all over the dry top. I think next time I make this I will swirl in the topping so it isn't all on top and then have less dry on top. Very good over all!

Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This is absolutely the BEST! I didn't feel like making cookies so I baked it in a 9X13 pan and it worked out perfectly! Wouldn't change a thing.
