Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I actually filled it with meat and baked it. It came out just as crispy and was incredible. Stuffed it with ground beef and cheese. Excellent

It's a decent recipe however if you throw in some mushrooms, it brings out a bit more flavor.

Spiced Squash Rings

FANTASTIC!!!! Has the perfect amount of crispy and sweet. It's like having a sweet onion ring. I wouldn't change a thing to this recipe. Its excellent the way it is. Serve it with a side of broccoli and baked chicken.

Fantastic French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Good idea!! However, the sauce is really thick and must be eaten quickly otherwise it becomes and extremely heavy dish and makes you want to take a nap. Use Vanilla soy milk instead of have two additional ingredients. Its just the same but makes the dish a lot lighter and easier on the system.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
Great Recipe. However, instead of butter i used olive oil and did a little saute with the garlic to bring out the flavor and its a lot healthier. Oddly enough it does not come out greasy at all. I made two separate dishes. One with the standard recipe and the other with the olive oil and they're both very flavorful from what i gather. However, i added two tablespoons of red wine vinegar to my recipe and it gives it a little kick. All in all its a great idea and side dish that can be served with almost anything.

Baked Omelet Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
I have certain food allergies so i altered the recipe a bit. Instead of butter i used olive oil and in place of the cheddar cheese i used rice cheese that was cheddar flavored. It taste fantastic. I absolutely love how fluffy it comes out and the edges are nice and crispy. The bottom layer of cheese was fantastic. My one recommendation would be use use Silk Soy Vanilla flavored milk instead of regular milk. It adds a little more flavor to it. Just a little pintch. All and all its a great dish.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
This is a great recipe especially for last minute dishes. I served it with rice and corn on the side which made it a perfect dish. The parsley gives it a great color and a little something extra. However, since i have certain allergies to Gluten i used crushed up gluten free pretzels instead of bread crumbs and it holds together just the same. Goes well with a nice white wine.
