Chantal's New York Cheesecake
It was perfect! no cracking and the flavor was excellent. Im a beginner baker and i dont have all those fancy supplies like the round springfoam pan but i didnt let that scare me off. I used a squared glass 8 inch pan and i lined it with parchment paper. I proceded by following all the instructions and when it was finally done i just pulled it right up from the pan and topped it with strawberries and raspberry sauce
