This was a pretty good recipe. Like other people have suggested, I used a lot more spices than the recipe calls for. I used 5 cloves of garlic (my boyfriend and I love garlic), 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper in place of the dried red chili peppers, a cup of onion, 1 tablespoon of cumin, and 2 teaspoons of ground coriander. Also, we used frozen spinach and squeezed all of the water out of it, which made the dish more like a spread. We spread the dish on toasted pita bread and YUMMY! When I make this again, I will use 1 to 1 and a half cups of yogurt in place of sour cream and perhaps 3 tomatoes. Overall, a great dish that can be tweeked any way that you want!
