My favorite things to cook
I love to bake :) And anything I 'cook' usually winds up baking in the oven.. for example Lasagna, eggplant parm, baked chicken dishes.
My cooking triumphs
When my boyfriend and I made a Croquembouche completely from scratch. Oh and swiss meringue butter cream.
My cooking tragedies
Whenever I make a caramel sauce, the first batch ALWAYS seems to burn on me... no matter how early I take it off the heat. The second batch is always fine.
