Cheesy Sausage Pasta

I made this for dinner last night and even my super picky 11 year old had seconds! It is very very good! The only changes I made was to brown the sausage first and then add the veggies. I also used a Vidalia onion, Green Bell Pepper, and Mozzerella cheese. I also used one can Chunky Ro-tel instead of stewed tomatoes whch gave it a spicy kick! Also used about 10 oz pasta instead of 16. Great Recipe, fast and easy, and will be used again!

Being from the South, my Mammaw, Aunts, and Momma have made this recipe for as long as I have been breathing. We eat them for breakfast with pancake syrup.

Cake Balls

I made these for a work BBQ. They were a huge success, and so easy to make. I used funfetti cake mix and chocolate funfetti frosting. I froze the cake\frosting mixure and then rolled them in melted chocolate chips. I sprinkled them with I'll the "funfetti" Then stored them in the fridge. They were good cold, but even better at room temp. I try a white cake \ strawberry frosting combo next.

The Perfect Cream Cheese Pie Crust

This crust was so yummy, and flaky. I used it for an egg pie I found on this site. I only needed one crust, so I lessened the ingredients to 2oz cream cheese, 1/2 c butter and 1 1/2c flour. It was very dry and not holding together well, so I added a little milk. I took the advice of another reviewer and didn't try to roll the dough out, instead I just pressed it into the pan. It turned out perfect! My ten year old actually ate the crust before the filling!

Egg Custard Pie III

This tasted just like the Egg Pie my Mom used to make for us. I put it in the perfect cream cheese pie crust also from this site. My only complaint is that it is a little too thin, however that could very easily have been my fault. The only change I made was to omit the salt and nutmeg, only because we don't like it. I will try it in a smaller pie pan next time, but there will definately be a next time!
