Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2013
This was really good. I made it based on other reviews. Added a little worcestershire sauce, sauteed onions and a clove of garlic, also used a little less mustard in sauce. Next time I will use a little less milk, and a little less brown sugar in sauce, thought is was a little too sweet. Overall good recipe!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
These biscuits are so addicting and so easy to make. I used colbyjack cheese (all I had on hand), but I don't feel it made a big difference. I too added fresh garlic and a dash of old bay to the batter. I also added old bay in place of the salt to butter mixture. So good, thanks for posting!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
This was by far the best thing I've ever made. I took others advice and blended the sauce mixture, other than that made as written. My husband was more than impressed and so was I! Thanks for posting!

Garlic Cheese Grits with Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
I think this recipe has potential to be really good but my husband and I felt that it was missing something. I followed the recipe exactly except I used Old Bay instead of salt. I will make this again and continue to play with different flavors to make great.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
I thought this recipe was pretty good. I did however, make some changes based on some other reviews. I used one 10 oz can of chicken broth and covered the rest in water. I also used one can of cream of celery and one can of cream of chicken. The flavor was really good, my husband enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing:)

Southern Green Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
I really loved this recipe. I added about 3/4 cup of chicken broth instead of 1/4 cup. I also let it cook a little longer than 10 minutes to get the green beans more tender. It was perfect!!!
