Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
I first tried this when I needed to make 80 cupcakes for a baby shower. I could never beat it, and this is the only frosting I make now. We always try to have a little left over for waffles the next morning.

Makes a great dish to pass - something you don't see at every potluck or family gathering. Everyone liked it even the next day.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2010
Good stuff. I did half sour cream, half light mayo. In the oven it smelled like my famous artichoke dip cooking, which we ONLY WISH we could just eat as a meal, so we loved this.

Made it with whole grain spaghetti noodles, chunky peanut butter, saved the hot sauce for the side and just one clove of garlic, pressed. My 5 year old had seconds, I'm impressed and will make this again!!
