Delectable Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2012
This was very tasty without the garlic salt(used fresh garlic). I didn't have liquid smoke flavoring either, but since it was cooked on my bbq, it had that smoky taste. Good stuff!

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
A great recipe for Fall Harvest/ Halloween parties. I served the fluff-filled pumpkin on a large decorative plate with various kinds of apple wedges for dipping.(To prevent apples from browning:In a big ziploc bag, add sliced apple wedges and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice then give a shake) It makes a pretty presentation. Thanks for sharing.

My family could eat fresh spinach with olive oil and garlic every night, but it's nice to switch it up once in awhile. Thanks for the recipe:)

The Real Mojito

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
The perfect summer beverage! So refreshing & not too sweet. I followed this basic recipe but used Molle888's variation and I couldn't make these fast enough! Do yourself a favor and just make these by the pitcher. Yes, they are a little more work, but your guests will really appreciate the effort....Enjoy!!!

I used honey instead of molasses and added just a pinch of kosher salt on top of the salmon before serving. Excellent!!!

Turkey Florentine

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
Very good! Instead of frozen spinach, I sauteed fresh spinach in a TB of olive oil and 1 clove of crushed garlic. I also omitted the onion salt since there is plenty of onion and salt in the onion dip. The family enjoyed it:) Thanks for the recipe.
