Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
Very good. I've had so much Zucchini that I didn't know what to do with and I was starting to get bored with other recipes. It was very moist.

California Roll Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
I really enjoyed this recipe and it did tast like a California roll, but I preferred it with more rice and an extra dollop of soy sauce just before I ate it. (since I like to dunk my roll in soy sauce before eating)

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
This was great. I didn't have hoisen sauce but I used a spicy schezuan sauce and it still tasted great. I put some of the sauce on before grilling and kept adding sauce as it was cooking. Didn't need any extra sauce on top

Turtle Cheesecake from Nestle® Nesquik™

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2008
I took this to work for a celebration and it was gone fast. Even the "healthy" people couldn't resist this. I didn't change a thing

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
My husband and I really loved this recipe. It was very easy to make. I added cayenne pepper, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and more cumin. I also added onion before I pureed this. I also recommend leaving 1/2 of the beans out of the puree, and the sour cream is a must. It was kind of thin for our taste but we crushed tortilla chips and added them in at the end with a little cheese on top.

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
This was very good and so easy to make. I made individual ramekins by crushing the graham crackers into medium sized chunks and layering it into the ramikens as the directions said. They were very pretty and everyone loved them.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
This was great. I made it for a party and everyone loved it. I doubled the coffee ingredients as others had suggested. I didn't have a very strong coffee on hand and it still tasted good. I recommend getting a stron espresso though

My husband and I loved this. We really like chorizo though. If you've never had chorizo, it is a bit different.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
This is very good. We use Venison instead of beef and it turns out great. I agree with another review that a dark beer makes this even better. Recently I used this recipe as the base and added a few extra spices, and vegetables and potatoes to make a stew. Great for a cold winter day.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
these were pretty good. The 1st time I made these, I tried using 3/4 cup milk as suggested and my husband and I thought they were a little dry. The second time I tried using 1 cup milk and they were so gooey I couldn't get the dough off my fingers let alone try to roll them out. (definately if you make these use 3/4 cup milk) These do get very large when you bake them. I will be looking for another recipe though

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2001
When I got the recipe I told my friends I would give them a tin full to try also. After trying it, I didn't want to share but my friends are glad I did. Best part of all though is that it's relatively low in calories and fat so I don't feel so guilty when eating it
