Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
I made this recipe exactly as written - and they were VERY good! The process of cooking these, is just fabulous, and the chicken fell right off the bone.
With that being said, I was looking for a more GARLIC honey tasting wing (trying to replicate some from a restaurant), and these were mainly just honey flavored, so next time I will lesson the honey, up the garlic, and maybe add some red pepper flakes (or hot sauce).
But these were so good, my husband and I ate them all, and even my 1.5 year old twins ate some (of the chicken not the bone part)!
I suggest you make them - then decide how you want to alter the seasonings for your own liking!
Also, when baking these, they can be messy! When it said to bake them on a "rack" at the end, I put a metal cookie rack ON an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet, and baked them that way, no mess to clean up, and they came out SO crispy and amazing. WILL make these again and again.
