Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Yum yum YUMMY!!!!! added a bit more honey for fear the balsamic may be to strong (I love it strong but family wouldn't like it) everyone loved it!!! I added slices of fresh ginger to the simmering pot and garlic powder. Oh ya used apple juice in place of white wine =) but I did forget to sprinkle the oregano on it, just sprinkled the fish with pepper and salt before basting it on.

Cheese Cake Cups

This is the easiest and best cheese cake ever!! We LOVE it!! Made it for my daughters birthday and my husband requested it the next week for his! I have made some changes..... I use 1 cup of cottage cheese in place of one brick of cream cheese (put through blender 1st) this adds loads of protein! I only put in 1/2 of sugar and I add a tbsp of instant coffee powder, and 4-5 chocolate chips on top...yumm! Tonight I used Leclerc Celebration caramel filling truffle cookie for the bottom....very excited to try! I have used another little cookie that Mr.Christie makes (yellow box) my husband likes these as they give the perfect size crust. I have also used for my celiac friends a reeces pieces cup for the bottom. once cooled serve with a little whipped cream and raspberries for garnish (if you want).....such the perfect dessert!

Caramel Pudding Cake

This is a delicious dessert, my family loves it! Some changes I made was sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over batter, boil water 1 3/4 cups with a heaping tbsp of butter and vanilla mixed in the water, pour over sugar and bake, comeS out with a thick sauce on bottom. It is sweet, but is great with ice cream and can be served right away hot with ice cream.

Pizza Popcorn

A nice change from plain popcorn. I actually thought it tasted better before it was cooked..... And 15 minutes is to long, mine burnt and I took it out of the oven at 12.5 minutes. I did check and stir it at 6 minutes and probably should have given it only a few more minutes as I did notice the cheese was turning brown on the bottom of the pan.

Foolproof Rib Roast

Did not turn out like all the other reviews! May needed to extend 2nd cooking? I did put it back into the oven sliced up abit to help it cook longer. Was wondering did others put a lid on? And my oven doesn't have a great seal.... would that make a difference? I would still try this recipe again, only adjust cooking times and shorten rest time.
