About this Cook
Although getting very expensive, eating out is one of the simple pleasures in my life. I enjoy all foods except certain fish, but LOVE sushi, weird huh. Eating out gives me great ideas in cooking for my family. Baking is my favorite ALL TIME THING to do. I really enjoy trying new places, food cultures and most of all finding those hole in the wall places that a regular joe would pass in on in a heart beat. I love cooking for other people, and looking at their faces when that first bite of my food goes into their mouths. It makes me very happy to see that all of my hard work in the kithchen doesnt go un noticed!

Yellow Clooney Cake
I am the poster of this recipe. I shouldve noted that my pans are 2 inches deeper than regular pans you guys are probabaly using. So I can see how it may be a bit much for the regular pans that you all are using. Sorry guys ;-(

Chicken Tikka Masala
This was a little spicier than i had anticipated, but very flavorful. I added a little more cilatro than it calls for but other than that it was great.

Rolled Flank Steak
My family raved on this recipe. This looks harder than it really was to make. It's beautiful yet full of flavor. I don't like to change a recipe on the first try but I didnt use the bacon and used roasted red bell pepper instead of fresh. Also I thinly sliced some red onion for that extra oomf. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
