Zucchini 'Noodles'

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
I have not tried this yet... but I do have relatives that have an allergy to glutens. I know that margarine is a no no in a gluten free diet. Real butter would have to be used to compensate.

Aw-some Cole Slaw

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
I made this and my hubby thought it was better than Bob Evans cole slaw, which use to be his fav! :) I know this one will be a regular on our table from now on. The only diff I did from original recipe was to use Miracle Whip, we never have mayonnaise. But everything else I kept the same and it did improve over time too! Thanks for submitting this CoOkInGnUt!

Tasty Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
I would give this one a 10 star if I could. Everyone loved this recipe. The only difference I did, since I have to cut down on salt, was omitted the soy sauce and I didn't even add the salt and pepper to taste. I would have put the pepper in, just forgot. It tasted just fine. Soups tend to have a lot of salt in them anyway. Plus, I accidentally put in 1 cup of mozzarella instead of 1/2 cup. My Mom took home the recipe :) Another thing I did was buy a jar of real bacon bits. I cooked the onion and (whole) red bell pepper and put 4 Tble of the bacon bits in the butter. Yummy! This one is a keeper for sure.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
I thought I would browse sloppy joe recipes to see if there were any variations and this first one is the one I use all the time. The only thing that I don't add is the brown sugar and my hubby says that it is much better than manwich. Love it! I think I'll just stick with a winner :)
