Steff's Shepherd Pie
This is my first time making Shepherd's Pie and it turned out great. My husband loved it. This recipe gets 5 star for using a simple list of ingredients and really quick to put together. After seeing some of the recommendations made in the reviews, I did seasoned the beef for a couple of hours for taste using whatever I have suitable for beef (garlic powder, onion powder, steak spice, small bit of worchestershire sauce, chicken bouillion, sugar, white pepper, paprika), whatever you find suitable for your taste. I also didn't have peas so I put in broccoli florets pieces and used 5 med potatoes for mashed potatoes. Again, great recipe, thanks for posting this. I will definitely try making it again.

Baked Chicken Wings
I made this tonight with 14 wings in a toaster oven. It is good. I usually marinade wings overnight but this is the first time I didn't so I understand why some may find the inside a bit bland. But this recipe is simple and quick and I will try it again except next time, I may experiment with a bit of additional herbs. Almost forgot, I did read the recipe wrong and put more garlic powder than chili powder, which is fine as I like garlic anyways. I even added a few more cloves of garlic since I had a lot at hand. I also brushed on some Frank's Red Hot on both sides and broiled them for 8-9 min each side to dry it out and give it a more crispy finish. Next time, I will also use much less olive oil as there's a big pool of oil left after cooking. Probably just enough to coat the ingredients to the wings. Overall I will give this recipe 4 stars.

Adobo Chicken with Ginger
Excellent recipe. I cooked 9 drumsticks using ground ginger instead of fresh since I didn't have any around and browned the chicken first before simmering it in the adobo mixture. For the mixture, I also used about 5 or 6 bay leaves and found a filipino brand "Datu Puti" vinegar that's consist of cane vinegar and water. The combination of ingredients produced a very appetizing sauce to be eaten with rice. I will definitely try it again with fresh ginger.
