EXCELLENT & EASY!! I used a whole cut up raw chicken, put in crock with rest of ingredients, cooked on low for 4.5 hrs then shredded chicken, put back in for another 2 hrs. NOTE: 30 mins before done, sprinkled some cornstarch to thicken, might not have needed it but I didn't want it too thin -- the shredded chick does thicken the sauce. The smell throughout the day was amazing! I served on toasted Kaiser rolls w/coleslaw & sliced watermelon. Everyone ate these so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture! Teens used leftovers for everything from burritos to omelets! GREAT RECIPE!! YUMMM
