Orange Cranberry Drops

These were pretty good. I did change the cranberries for chocolate chips, the only thing mine didn't puff up like in the picture. They were flatter but still tasted yummy.

Easy Lemon Cookies

I got rave review for these. The only thing I did do different was I got rid of the extract and used the juice and zest from one whole lemon. Was super lemoney. And they were so super easy.

Made this for my husband. Only skipped on the green peppers because he doesn't like them. Did everything else as called for. He loves this. He can't get enough. He has had bowl every day for the last 4 days. Thanks!

Baked French Toast

After reading the reviews I decided to make one simple modification. Instead of pouring all the egg mixure over the bread I dunked each piece for about 15 seconds seperately and then placed them standing up and leaning on each other. It was not soggy at all this way. I did have a little egg mixture left over and I threw that away. Everyone loved it even the 4 young children.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Fluffy White Chocolate Cheesecake

This was a big hit at dinner party I went too. I didn't have a graham cracker crust so I just used a regular crust. Also I had a few oreo's that I crushed up and put in the mixture.

Almond Biscotti

I did read the reviews so I was prepared for the dough to be sticky, but that was an understatement. I bake a lot and my first thought was this would spread once it warmed up in the oven being a thin cookie. So I decided to seperate ut into two bowls. The one I left alone. The other I added about 1/2 cup of extra flour. the results: The original recipe batter was hard to work with and did spread a little while baking, But it also had a nice shape and the taste was amazing when finished. Just enough crunch. The second bowl with the added flour did hold it's shape better and was a bit easier to work with but was tougher and crunchier with less flavor.

Baked Onion Rings

These turned out really well. It's nice that they are not fried and still crispy. The trick is to beat the egg whites for at least two minutes until they have stiff peaks. Make sure you only put a little of the bread crumb mixture at a time in the bag because as it got wet it didn't stick well. It needs to be dry. I needed get rid of the wet stuff and make a little more. Next time I will know.

Soft Christmas Cookies

I only gave these 4 stars because I had to change the margarine for butter. I thought I had margarine but I only had butter so I couldn't rate it on the actual recipe. Beside that these turned out great. I didn't change anything else in this recipe and they turned out perfect with tons of flavor. They are so easy I will make these again.

Chicken Piccata II

This is really tasty. When my 3 year old says "this is the Bomb." I know it's a winner. The only thing is after I brown the chicken I don't put it back in the liquid because experience has told me that it will lose the breading. But that's up to you.

Beer Brats

I didn't eat any of these but the 3 guys I did make them for just couldn't stop saying how good they were. I was asked a couple of times what brand they were because they wanted to be sure to buy them for themselves. Thanks for a great recipe. I will definitely make them again.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
