Salisbury Steak

this recipe was WONDERFUL! My family loved it. I followed the directions exactly as stated except I did not have mustard powder so I used a little bit of gulden's spicy brown mustard. It was excellent. I served it with cheesy mashed potatoes and green beans. They thought it was excellent. It was not difficult to prepare and did not take very long. It was a meal that everyone from my 16 month old to DH loved. Thanks so much.

it was good but i didn't use enough butter maybe next time some sour cream mixed in would help too...overall this is a good recipe and it will be used again

Cooking Light magazine's Chicken Parmesan

I liked a crispier crust so I didnt smother it all the way in the sauce...i thought that that would make it soggy. I really liked the chicken though.It was moist and juicy..this ones a keeper...I love the reviews...I get to try other peoples ideas before making the mistake on my own...like the sauce thing...at first I didnt think about the fact that smothering the chicken in sauce would probably make it soggy. thanks

Alfredo Sauce

This is great sauce!!! My son and his friend loved it and I am waiting for my DH to get home so I can try it out with him...I put it over the pasta and then stirred in some chicken...they loved it...next time I'll add some scallions for a little more flavor...it was great though...great consistency and tasted just like the restaurants...thanks a million
