Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake
This was very good. Moist, holds it's shape when sliced, and the yogurt adds a nice creamy note. I served it with strawberries and whipped cream, and it was a hit. I will definitely make this again!

Orzo and Rice
I printed the recipe and handed it to my husband when he asked "What's for dinner?". Then I pushed him in the direction of the kitchen with a package of pork chops under his arm (and another recipe!). In place of a bouillion cube, he used Catelli chicken garlic herb (about a teaspoon). My daughter had second and third helpings, as did my husband! Five stars because they liked it so much, and because he didn't even ask me ONE question while making it. Well, other than "where do we keep the orzo?" ;)

Mama D's Italian Bread
I halved the recipe (all but the sugar) and shaped two smaller loaves. The texture and crust reminded me of the artisan peasant breads I pay three dollars a loaf for at the bakery! I also baked each loaf for 20 minutes at that temp, and misted every two minutes or so. I made this to eat with spaghetti, and ended up dumping my spaghetti noodles back into the pot so I could eat just sauce and bread LOL! This spreads as it rises, so not a mile high loaf. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
