A wonderful and super easy crepe recipe! I followed the recipe to a T for the first half of the batter, including refrigeration time, and they turned out perfect! I filled the first half of the crepes with ham, egg and cheese and even my crepe-hating hubby ate them! Then I added about 3 T powdered sugar to the remaining 1/2 of the batter. They turned out with the same consistency as the first 1/2, but the sweet touch was exactly what they needed when filled with strawberries and fat free cool whip.
Definitely a keeper! I can't wait to have my Mom and sis over for a crepe party to try more fillings!
