Wouldn't change a thing about this recipe!! So easy and delicious!! My 8 yr. old daughter loves to experience with different fillings!

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

I live in Alaska so having a variety of soups for the winter is a must! My family really enjoys this soup and I always make a little extra for left overs. I added a can of black beans and a can of cream corn to give it a little more substance.

Banana Banana Bread

Fantastic! I have made this recipe a couple times exactly the way it is presented and it is now a favorite! Tonight I experimented with adding some apples seasoned with a little sugar, cinnamon and allspice and added a little vanilla extract too. Definitely added some amazing flavor!!
