Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

I love stuffed chicken - when I go out to dinner, it's pretty much guaranteed that that's what I'll have if it's on the menu. I have tried a couple of different stuffed chicken recipes before but this one is my favourite. The blend of spices was great (I added some chicken seasoning and basil into the mix) And the feta worked really well. Thanks!

Simply Traditional Lasagna

Extremely tasty but the pasta could have been softer so next time I will be doubling the sauce. Can't fault the flavour though - and the olives were a nice touch!

Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread

I used brown rice flour instead of white and buckwheat flour instead of tapioca. Also used a bread tin to get the loaf shape! Like many others, I reduced the cooking time by about 20 mins. It is a nice, simple recipe and tastes good. Best of all it is guilt free as I have a wheat intolerance - so thanks!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This is so good. Have also done this with mixed nuts and is still tastes great. Pork is a big winner in our household so it is great having another variation to enjoy. Thanks!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

This recipe is amazing. I needed something more interesting to do with pork and this was the answer I was looking for. It is so simple and yet tastes so good. My husband loves it too - so much so that he asked me to show him how to make it. I agree that the egg wash mixture is too much unless you double dip the pork (which I tried once but I prefer single dipping!) Other than that this has become a favourite.
