Nana's Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2013
Hubby loves Beef Stroganoff so I've been making it for him for many years always trying a different recipe. Finally, this is the keeper for beef stroganoff!! Yeaaaaa. Really awesome flavor. I served over orzo and cut the recipe in half so I eyed a lot of the amounts and it still turned out yumeee!! tRY IT you won't be dissapointed. Thanks to Nana.

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
I think this is a great base recipe. Then you add your own personality to it. I also added extra carrot and potatoe. I had some fresh corn that I cut off the cob and tossed in there. I had a little left over tomatoe juice and it landed in there. I used beef broth and bullion. Threw a few drops of Texas Pete in there too. TURNED OUT GREAT!! Just because us cooks show our own personality when we cook the original poster should not get stars taken away. I live in the South and those that live in S. California would have much different taste buds then mine!!

Flavorful Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
I just made this but have not eaten it yet. I just wanted to give a tip. I took the sliced ham and spread the cheese mixture on the slice of ham then flipped it over as I placed it on the spinach. Very easy. Then rolled up, ect. Cheese misture is yummy. We'll see how it comes out.
