Pasta Bake
This is a terrific BASE RECIPE. If you ladies/gents out there make this with NO SEASONING adding then yes, it sure would be bland. Again, great base recipe. I used penne pasta, shrededed mozz/provolone cheese, alittle more sauce, basil and oregano, diced onion and minced garlic. My boyfriend had 2 plates. Serve with crispy romaine salad.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
Delicious. The publisher of the recipe must have a very old slow cooker -- because my pork started to become dry after 14 hours, so I turned it off. It was completely done. I followed the leader with liquid smoke (use more stated), sea salt, alittle black pepper and some allspice. My bf and I are on day 2 of eating the pork (4.5lbs). We have made bbq sandwiches as well as pulled pork tacos. I will definately make this again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
This is an easy meal to make. Tasted good. Not delicious --- but good. My bf was satisfied. I used Cream of Celery instead and alittle garlic salt on the breast before adding the other. I will still make again sometime.
