Key Lime Pie VII
Very good with a few slight modifications:
-I made a homemade graham cracker crust, which is really simple and elevates the taste so much. I used "Graham Cracker Crust" from this website.
-I used bottled key lime juice, as my local store did not sell key limes (and I'm too impatient to spend that much time juicing limes!). Because of this, I also omitted the zest. I'm not sure if this juice is a little extra potent or not, but next time, I will cut back ever-so-slightly on the amount of lime juice I use, as it was a little overpowering.
-I kept my pie in the oven for 11 minutes and it never bubbled. It doesn't seem to have caused too much trouble though, as it has a nice firm texture after sitting in the refrigerator overnight.
