Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This bread was great considering it's a healthier alternative to your standard banana bread. I was really hoping to taste the peanut butter, but not even a hint of it came through. I added 1/8 cup coconut milk instead of 1/4 cup yogurt since I don't eat dairy and replaced the oil with applesauce. It was gobbled up right away at work.

Baby BLT
I had such high hopes for these as I'm a BLT & mayo fanatic! Sadly, they fell short, although I haven't given up on them just yet. Some reviewers suggested using half cream cheese and half mayo which I think will be much more appetizing. I suggest using 1 tablespoon of parsley instead of two as it was far too much. Next time around I'm not going to scoop out the insides of the tomatoes as that's the best part!

Ice Cream Cone Treats
WARNING: Do NOT attempt to make using a cupcake liner and inverting the cone on top as suggested by a top rated reviewer- it fails miserably! I've been making these treats for many, many years and often wondered if there was a trick to obtaining a more rounded top since they're often flat. I tried CHOOSELIFE24's tip and had to toss the results. The batter does not bake up into the cone very far. The cones become lopsided. Once you remove the wrapper the cake portion is too fragile to work with and impossible to frost. I love these treats and I will continue to make them as I've always done - by filling 2/3 of the cone with batter. Delicious and addicting!
