Fresh Broccoli Salad
sooooo good. I didn't use any raisins cause I'm not a big fan. Used red wine vinegar instead of white, and just a few spoonfuls of raw sugar instead of 1/2cup. DELICIOUS.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings
This was very yummy. I did change a few things. I actually made my own cream of chicken soup from scratch (just a cream soup base with chicken bouillon). No peas. Added a bit of garlic/herb season mix. Added sour cream - yummmmy. No onion. Also, unfortunately I didn't have the resources to add dumplings, so no dumplings. However, I made a bit of rice to go on the bottom of the bowl and some toasted garlic bread. :) My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies I
delicious! Indeed soft, chewy. Not gooy, chewy, but more of a cakey soft and chewy. No, they are not super sweet, but that is actually nice. I give them a five, cause they hit the spot and yet are very simple. ;) (sidenote: I personally love vanilla so I always add just a few drops more than whatever the recipe calls for.)
