Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2007
Amazing recipe. When you thought there were no other ways to prepare baked chicken. The cream cheese/cheddar cheese blend is what makes this recipe work. Even if you dont like cream cheese alone, it takes on a new taste when melted and blended. Use good quality cheddar, like Tillamook sharp cheddar. I also suggest using the optional paprika, as the color jazzes up the appearance on the plate. Can cut the fat a bit by using lower fat cheese. Will be making often.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I made this exactly as directed. I have an oven safe skillet. The coating didnt stick to the chops, and they were just average. Wont try this one again.

Cocktail Meatballs

When making the original recipe, it definitely seems to be a small amount. So, I mixed a pound of italian sausage in with the ground beef & doubled the sauce ingredients also. It was awesome. I will make this again & definitely add the italian sausage with it, for seasoning!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2004
I made these for a cookie exchange & they were wonderful. I added chopped macadamia nuts to this also. WONDERFUL! I left the sugar amounts alone and only added the nuts - and they were fabulous. TAKE out before they get to brown. The soft chewy cookie is better than a drier one.

Chicken and Artichokes

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
I followed the suggestions to add garlic, serve over pasta (I used chesse filled tortellini) and to spped things up - make it all in the saucepan. It didnt bomb - but just wasnt as fabulous as teh description says. It was edible, but no one wanted seconds. Hubby even made a PB&J in place of seconds.

This was my 2nd year making this - and both times it turned out perfectly. This year, I blended sage & butter & then froze until firm. I used the sage butter to insert under the skin. Wonderful. Thanks.

Turned out wonderful. It's easy & good. The house smelled great all day. I served this on hawaiian rolls and with creamed corn. The grown ups loved it ...the fussy children didnt so much. But it was tender and great for a fun Friday night.
