I make this all the time using Digestive biscuits instead of the Graham Crackers and I leave out the ginger. Never fails to be perfect!

Chili Cumin Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I tried this recipe but put the tomatoes, pepper and cheese in the blender to make a paste before adding the herbs and spices. The dish tasted delish and the chicken was moist but the sauce mix a little odd in colour. Will keep away from the mixer next time!
