About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I like to try new recipes. Especially from all around the World. I realize that it's weird to put "especially" and "all around the World" in the same sentence... To be more precise, I would say that what I prefer, is feeling that I taste a genuine family recipe, the way it could taste if I had the chance to go there.
My cooking triumphs
When I cook something new and all 4 of us like it, it is a real triumph. That's the most that I can hope for and that I succeed sometimes (rarely).
My cooking tragedies
I simply forget them and try something else...

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Very good! I was not shy to make it one week after for the guests, and they loved also!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
Very good recipe! And it made me discover Marsala wine, it's a good thing! My wife loved also. Will prepare again for guests, next time.

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce
Very good! We liked! I didn't put sausages into the hot-dog, just like that was perfect. And at lunch time, the day after, I put some melted cheese in it (white cheddar), it was even better. As usual, my best measure is: " Does all the family like that? " And the answer is yes, so, it passes our test! :-)
