Chicken and Dumplings I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2014
I made this recipe pretty much exactly as it was written. The only difference was I didn't have chicken bullion cubes so I added cream of chicken soup. Everything came out perfectly! This was my first attempt at real dumplings and they were YUMMY! Next time I will probably add a little veggies in it.

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
Thanks awesome pancakes. I added vanilla flavoring and cinnamon. Now according to my kids "Mommy, your the best cooker EVER!" They were good fluffed right up. Although got a better color with 1/4 cup of batter instead of 1/3cup like I started using..better size pancake at first though i didn't think the 1/4 cup would be a big enough one..it's plenty big enough though.

Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
We thought this was pretty good but not something we would want to eat week in and week out. It will be good for when you want a change in taste with the chops.

Chicken Stuff

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
It was pretty good. Next time I will crumble the cornbread instead of cooking it on the top because the cornbread was a little to sweet tasting for me. Other than it was really good.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
I gave this a five star because it was GREAT!! I personally think it didn't need as much sour cream as it called for and so next time I'll cut back on that and the cream cheese by a little next time. Other than that AWESOME!!

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
they tasted awesome..I followed the recipe exactly and my only problem was that I made the cookies to big so next time I need to do smaller balls so that they aren't as big and thin....GREAT no fail recipe!!

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
Hubby and I LOVED this...we will definitely be making again. This is our new way to do beef tips. I did change just a little I didn't use wine cause I don't use it to cook I just used beef broth. I made brown rice and green beans to go with it. It was devine!

Cheese Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
OMG! These are awesome...I have made them for a topping to chicken pot pie and stayed closer to the recipe except using self rising flour, veg oil and garlic salt. No chives. I also have made them in the morning to use for my breakfast sausage gravy. Both have been YUMMY!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
If I could give these brownies six stars I would. THIS is the honemade resipe I was looking for. These brownies are AWESOME! I knew before even eating them just seeing the batter that this was THE brownie resipe! I was right...I could barely wrestle the bowl and whisk away from my kids to put the brownies in the oven once we got them mixed up...they couldn't stop eating it....THEY ARE THE BOMB!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
These are pretty decent brownies if you like a more "cakie" brownie. I like my brownies really rich and chocolately and these are more like a cholocate cake-like. They are good just not to sweet or fudgie.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
OMG! I had some shrimp and mushrooms and typed it in google and this resipe came up. It was SOOO GOOD. I did alter it by reading some of your reviews about adding a little milk but I ate this for dinner a couple of nights and lunch one day. It was that good! I had to come on and rate it I loved it that much. I'm going to try it with chicken next time.
