No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I misplaced my recipe I normally make & this one is pretty close to it... I only made half serving size but kept the cream cheese to 1 package instead of half. & I didn't add the milk. I saved some of the whipped topping to add to the finished top & then drizzled it w/chocolate & caramel syrups :) YUM!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds
This was very good... I didn't measure anything out just went w/what I thought was a good amount... after cheese melted I topped it w/sour cream & bacon! YUM! Will make again & again.. THANKS!

American Frittata
This was a very good recipe I was looking for something to do w/left over ham! We added some green onions, garlic powder, & on mine I added jalapenos! We will season our potatoes up next time they were a little plain for us! But will make this again for sure! Thanks!
