Zesty Southern Pasta and Bean Salad

This is a great recipe to make quickly then take to work all week. I omitted the cumin entirely and it still had great southwest flavor. I also used spiral pasta and fat free Italian dressing to make it more healthy. A fun colorful dish.

Divinity

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

This was my first attempt at making candy and it turned out great. The peanut brittle is not chewey but not rock hard. Easy enough for a beginner and delicious!

French Onion Soup III

This is one of the best recipes I have found on allrecipes.com! I used 3 cans of beef broth and about a cup of water, plus one beef bullion cube. It turned out better than in a restaurant.

Auto Parts Chicken

This recipe seemed a little plain so about 10 minutes before it was done, I added a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. It thickened by itself and no flour was needed. This turned out great and is one of my new favorites.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

My boyfriend said this was the absolute best appetizer he had ever tasted. My only complaint is that it takes alot of time and is difficult to hollow out the mushrooms. But it is worth it and I will be making these again.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This is a great dish. I used cream cheese instead of mayo and used tomato basil feta. It turned out perfect when i poured lemon juice and olive oil over the top. I will definitely make it again.

Chicken Scampi II

Best Bruschetta Ever

I added a tablespoon of chopped onions and substituted Italian dressing for the olive oil. It turned out just like the bruschetta at my favorite restaurant. Great recipe. :)
