Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
Great!! I made this for another family and they called for the recipe that night!! I made slight changes...I just boiled, cooled and diced chicken, used 1 can of broth and about 1.5cups of half and half...I dont really measure so they are estimates, i just made mine have plenty of the creamy good stuff!! Also, I used 1 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg (mixed with a fork) and poured on top for the crust...bake at 400 for 30 mins...Perfect!!

Oatmeal Pancakes II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Based on my kids, I gave this 5 stars! My 1 and 2 year olds gobbled these up! I couldn't cook them fast enough..."More!" is all they kept saying:) I made slight changes...I used whole wheat flour, applesauce instead of oil, and I added one banana and some cinnamon to the mix. Wonderful.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
Amazing! Followed recipe, but added sliced mushrooms to the pan once I removed the chops. I also added the sauce to the pan and simmered for a little, then poured over the chops and put back in the over. I only had to cook it for 20 mins, then 15 more mins. Will make again really soon!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Amazing and so easy. Added some broccoli florets and more potatoes and ham then the recipe called for. Also, I used chicken broth instead of water and bouillon. Oh, and at the end, I used a potato masher to mash some of it up. My super picky 20 mth old loved it!! Great topped with some shredded cheddar cheese.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
Easy and delicious...followed recipe exactly except for the water and chick. broth...I only had chicken bullion cubes avail, so I added enough to make all the liquid equiv. to chick broth. I also added a can of black beans. Served with Mexican cheese and sour cream on top...Picky husband loved it!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Will make again...hubby really liked it and it was easy to make. I used 4 breasts, seasoned with S, P, GP, used Dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of all the seasonings. I also used a smaller baking dish and covered for the first 30 mins. Served with couscous and a salad. Thanks for the recipe.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
Absolutely delicious! I made a few slight changes/additions based on other reviews...i added a can of cream of mushroom to the bullion cubes and water, added a few extra spices to the flour...Montreal Steak Seasoning (because I love it) and paprika, and last, I poured some chicken broth in the pan to scrape up the drippings from the pork chops and poured that over the chops as well...I loved this!
