I really love vegetable stir fry's. And im an extreme health nut, if there is a way to make a recipe healthier i will do it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family is Italian.. so feast of the seven fish and cooking pizzels with my grandmoms pizzel iron.
My cooking triumphs
I really like to create new things, i use whatever i have in the fridge/cupoboard. I can usually make up a pretty good dish with out recipes or anything.
My cooking tragedies
BAKING! My mom can bake so well and i did not get that trait at all! I have been working on it, so you might see me on the RE with a lot of baking questions.

Red Lentil Curry
This was very good! I think mine came out a little dry though. It needs just a little something else. I used green lentils and added spinach, and it was still delicious! (just didn't look as pretty LOL) I added some water to compensate for the dryness. Next time im going to use diced canned tomatoes and not the paste. Thanks for the recipe!

Mango-Strawberry Salsa
This was pretty good! The only thing i didn't like was that i felt the orange juice taste was a little strong. Next time i think i will cut back on that. Other than that it made a delicious snack! I ate it with cinnamon sugar chips, which helped to cut out the sourness of the orange juice. Thanks for the recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These came out wonderful! I subbed whole wheat flour for the all purpose and apple sauce for the oil and they still came out moist and delicious! I also didn't use the topping, to save on calories and fat. They really don't even need the topping. Thank you for the recipe! I like that this is just a basic recipe i can use with pretty much any fruit. I will definitely make these over and over again!
