Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
Very quick and easy. Tasty and delicious. My boyfriend doesn't like beans or onions. But still turned out great! I highly reccommend.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
Nice stuffing recipe. Definately for turkey stuffing. If making just for side...use more chicken stock.

Pastitsio III

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
I did not like this recipe. WAAY to spicy. WAAAy too much cinnamon and allspice. Has potential to be good, but lose the cinnamon and allspice.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
A quick and easy chicken meal. I served it with corn and mashed potatoes. Chicken is tender and delicious. Although, the breading didn't stick very well. I'd add italian bread crumbs next time.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
This is the best apple pie I've ever made! I used about 6 large granny smiths. I poured the sugar and butter mix in between the spaces of the lattice, and put a little on top. Inside is sweet, outside crispy sugary lattice. Great for fall cooking!

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
Great delicious summer recipe. I used 2 bags frozen blueberries. Tastes very fresh. Filling will thicken after cooling...will be runny when first taken out of over. My boyfriend loved it!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
This pie crust is so simple and delicious. I use it on ALL my pie recipes. Flaky and sturdy enough to hold any filling. I suggest chilling in freezer for an hour. My recipe is always better when I chill for a long time...even better overnight! Make sure to double recipe for lattice.

These rolls were completely easy to make. No waiting forever for dough to rise. I made frosting out of confectioners sugar to top. EXCELLENT!

Koulourakia I

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
This recipe was SO easy and delicious. I worked at a Greek restaurant, and these taste just like the owner(Athena) used to make. I used heavy cream instead of half and half. Very easy to twist and shape. The sesame seeds give it that extra flavor.

This recipe was very tasty. I used granny smiths. Make sure to use VERY ripe bananas to enhance flavor. Vanilla frosting makes this recipe complete.
